Product and Service Description:

**NetVision Technology offers a wide range of CCTV cameras, including but not limited to analog, IP, dome, bullet, and PTZ cameras. **Our services include the installation and configuration of CCTV camera systems, network setup, and software integration as per the agreed-upon specifications.

Orders and Payments:

**All orders placed with NetVision Technology are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. **The prices for our products and services are outlined in our official price list or as otherwise agreed upon in writing. *Payment terms shall be agreed upon before the commencement of any work. Unless otherwise stated, payment is due upon completion of the installation or as otherwise agreed upon in writing. **In case of non-payment or late payment, NetVision Technology reserves the right to suspend services and withhold any deliverables until all outstanding payments are settled.

Installation and Configuration:

**NetVision Technology will perform the installation and configuration services with due care and professionalism. **The customer shall ensure that the installation site is prepared and ready for the installation as per NetVision Technology's specifications. **Any additional works required due to unforeseen circumstances or changes requested by the customer may be subject to additional charges. **NetVision Technology will not be held responsible for any damages or losses resulting from the installation or configuration, including but not limited to damages to property, data loss, or system malfunctions caused by third-party equipment or software.

Warranty and Support:

**NetVision Technology provides a warranty period for the products and services rendered, as specified in the individual product/service documentation or as agreed upon in writing. *.During the warranty period, NetVision Technology will repair or replace any defective product or provide necessary support to rectify any issues arising from the installation or configuration.*The warranty shall be void if any unauthorized modifications, repairs, or tampering with the system or components occur without NetVision Technology's written consent.

Limitation of Liability:

**NetVision Technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use the products or services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption. **NetVision Technology's total liability, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific products or services.

Entire Agreement:

**This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between NetVision Technology and the customer regarding the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior discussions, agreements, or representations, whether written or oral.

By engaging in any business transaction with NetVision Technology, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
